BRIEF.
A well located eight acre office campus consisting of three large buildings offering 277,586 sq ft of grade A space based in Bracknell.
The objective was to create a visual identity for a property-marketing campaign to reintroduce the development with the aim to generate viewings and change perceptions.
SOLUTION.
I established a concept that built on top of the already established marketing name Bracknell Exchange.
A simple yet distinctive approach, a letter mark logo designed to represent the three distinct buildings situated on the development site represented with three distinct colours.
The lettermark logo paradigm would also be used as a positive and outward looking communication dynamic.
RESULT.
A bright and aspirational property-marketing campaign designed to represent one of Britain’s leading ‘knowledge economies’ and appeal to professional business services.
The visual palette works together to build an attractive, aspirational workspace proportion to contemporary business.
Marketing creative included design across both print and digital for stationery, on site wayfinding signage, brochure layout, street hoarding and marketing media collateral such as design for the website and print advertisements.
This was the first of many creative marketing projects I have been involved with.
I particularly enjoy generating creative solutions for property marketing campaigns as they typically require design across print and digital applied to a variety of scales.
I find this challenging and it allows me to design dynamic and interesting work.
